Growing Older

by Sweet_Street_Chic

Suddenly you turn around and nothing's quite the same

Suddenly monopoly is not a house-hold game

Suddenly your favorite place, those branches in the tree

Have grown into a twisted gnarled uncomfortable place to be

Your home and family are no longer the same

You wonder whats wrong and who is to blame

There is really nothing wrong you see

We've just grown up, both you and me
